A RESOLUTION REVISING THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT REHABILITATION GRANT OR LOAN PER
HOUSEHOLD MAXIMUM BENEFIT AMOUNT TO $15,000
WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR OR HIS
AUTHORIZED DESIGNEE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby revises the Community Development
Rehabilitation Grant or loan per household maximum benefit amount to $15,000 with the
approval of the Mayor or his authorized designee.
