BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the City Council hereby authorizes the city clerk's office to destroy those documents that have been microfilmed and retained for the length of time required by statue.
