A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF THE
CONTINGENCY FUND FOR THE BENSON CONSTRUCTION
SEWER REHABILITATION CONTRACT AND BE APPLIED
TO THE ENGINEERING COSTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVIL.LE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Council hereby authorizes the use of the contingency fund
approved by Resolution 54-93 for the Benson Construction sewer rehabilitation contract be
applied to the engineering costs as a project contingency.
