RESOLUTION NO. :30-93
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A LEASE MODIFICATION WITH
REPUBLIC PARKING SYSTEMS INCREASING THE PARKING
RATES AT THE FAYETTEVILLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and ('ity Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a lease
modification with Republic Parking Systems to increase the parking rates at the Fayetteville
Municipal Airport. A copy of the lease agreement is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof.

MODIFICATION TO LEASE
REPUBLIC PARKING SYSTEM OF CHATTANOOGA, TN

1993, by and between the City of Fayetteville,
ereinafter called "Lessor
h " and Republic Parking

System,
hereinafter called "Lessee".
WHEREAS, Lessor and Lessee entered into a Lease Agreement
hereinafter called "Lease", dated April 17, 1990 for a five year
lease term commencing October 1, 1990, and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to modify the aforesaid Lease
Agreement to capture a large potential revenue source and provide
a service to the public,
NOW THEREFORE, THE PARTIES MUTUALLY AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
1. Paragraph 10 of the Lease shall be modified to reflect the
following changes in short term and long term parking rates:
$HORT TERM:
0 - 20 minutes
Each add'l 20 minutes
Maximum each 24 hours
LONG TERM:
0 - 1 hour
Each add']. hour
Maximum each 24 hours

The modified rates listed above will go into affect on January
1, 1994.
