RESOLUTION NO. 127-93
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT
TO ACCEPT THE SETTLEMENT OFFER IN THE EMINENT
DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS FILED IN CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE V. BOWLING AND THE HEIRS OF ELVIS
KELLEY, CIV 93-530, FOR A LIGHTING OBSTRUCTION
EASEMENT IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE DRAKE FIELD
AIRPORT LAND ACQUISITION PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Council hereby authonzes and directs the city attorney's office to
accept the settlement offer in the amount of $2,500.00 in the eminent domain proceedings filed
m City of Fayetteville v. Bowling and the Heirs of Elvis Kelley, CIV 93-530, for a lighting
obstruction easement in conjunction with the Drake Field Airport Land Acquisition Project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7th day of December , 1993.
