A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE UNIVERSITY OF
ARKANSAS THE SOLE OPERATOR OF THE CITY'S
EDUCATION ACCESS CHANNEL THROUGH DECEMBER 31,
1994.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the University of Arkansas shall he the responsible for the
programming of the City's Educational Access Channel, which shall be used only for educational
purposes for a period ending December 31, 1994.
