RESOLUTION NO. 113-93
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT TO
PAY THE BALANCE OF SETTLEMENT AMOUNT IN RE:
JR. AND CY CARNEY_ JR., CIV 89-861.
BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVIIJLE, ARKANSAS:
Suc44R1. That the Council hereby approves a budget adjustment by decreasing
Account No 4160 0916 4999 99, Unreserved Fund Balance and increasing Account No. 4160
9160 5861 00, Arts Center Parking Land, in the amount of $20,000 to pay the balance of
settlement in re: City of Fayetteville. Arkansas v. C.T. Pearson. Jr. and Cy Coney. Jr„ CIV
89-861. A copy of the budget adjustment authorized is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof.
