A RESOLUTION AWARDING BID NO. 92-16 TO THOMAS
HARDING CONSTRUCTION IN THE AMOUNT OF $105,580
FOR RENOVATION OF THE PEG ACCESS FACILITIES AT
101 W. ROCK STREET AND APPROVAL OF A BUDGET
ADJUSTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby awards Bid
No. 92-16 to Thomas Harding Construction in the amount of $105,580
for the renovation of the PEG Access facilities at 101 W. Rock
Street. A copy of the bid tabulation is attached hereto marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
Section 2. That the Board of Directors hereby approves a
budget adjustment in the amount of $84,257 decreasing Use of Fund
Balance Account No. 1010-0001-4999.99 and increasing Building Cost
Account No. 1010-6600-5804.00. A copy of the budget adjustment is
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
