JOE LANDON, TRACT *70 IN THE FEDERALLY FUNDED AIRPORT LAND ACQUISITION PROJECT *15 AT A COST OF $78,083.20. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute documents for the purchase of property owned by Mr. and Mrs. Joe Landon, Tract *70 in the federally funded Airport Land Acquisition Project 115 at a cost of $78,083.20. A copy of the offer and acceptance and pertinent land acquisition claim forms requirements are attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
