BEAVER WATER DISTRICTS POSITION REQUESTING THE
U.S. CORP OF ENGINEERS TO MAINTAIN ITS CURRENT
POLICY OF NO MOWING OR CLEARING OF THE BEAVER
LAKE SHORE LINE.
WHEREAS, the U.S. Corp of Engineers is currently reviewing its
lake shore management plan regarding Beaver Lake; and,

WHEREAS, the Board concurs with Beaver Water District that no
clearing or mowing is in the best long term interest of all of the
users of the reservoir.
