85-92
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT
OF $2,000 FOR THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE'S
PORTION OF THE PARTICIPATION FEE IN THE "STATE
OF THE REGION INITIATIVE" PROGRAM, PAYMENT TO
BE CONTINGENT UPON PARTICIPATION OF
SPRINGDALE, ROGERS, BENTONVILLE AND SILOAM
SPRINGS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
payment in the amount of $2,000 for the City of Fayetteville's
portion of the participation fee in the "State of the Region
Initiative Program, contingent upon the participation of
Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville and Siloam Springs.
