A RFSOL::TION AU1HOR1Z1NG AN ADVERTISING
CONTRACT WITH :HE NORTHWEST ARKANSAS TIMES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
5ectj.op._1. That the Mayor ana City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute an advertising contract with the
Northwest Arkansas Tines fcr 900 column inches at the new retail
bulk rate of $5.37/colunn Inch for the Fayetteville zone. A copy
cf the contract authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of May , 1992.
