RESOLUTION NO. 76-92
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF
MOVING EXPENSES IN THE AMOUNT OF $13,750.00 IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF TRACTS 181
AND 082 IN THE FEDERALLY FUNDED AIRPORT LAND
ACQUISITION PROJECT FROM J. PAUL AND RUTHIE
WOOD, DBA PAUL WOOD'S TRACTOR SERVICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
the payment of moving expenses for the property owner, J. Paul and
Ruthie Wood, dba Paul Wood's Tractor Service in the amount of
$13,750.00 in conjunction with the purchase of Tracts 181 and #82
in the federally funded Airport Land Acquisition project. A copy
of the claim form is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a
part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of May , 1992.
