RESOLUTION NO. 75-92
A RESOLUTION AUTHOR:ZING THE PURCHASE OF
PROPERTY OWNED BY MR. KEN MCDOWELL AND MRS.
JOY MCDOWELL, TRACT #72 IN THE FEDERALLY
FUNDED AIRPORT LAND ACQUISITION PROJECT
AT A COST OF $50,304.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute documents for the purchase of
property owned by Mr. Ken McDowell and Mrs. Joy McDowell, Tract #72
in the federally funded Airport Land Acquisition Project at a cost
of $50,304.00. A copy of the offer and acceptance for land
acquisition are attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof.
