A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT AMENDMENT
WITH MILHOLLAND ENGINEERING TO A TOTAL NOT TO
EXCEED $12,900.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYEITEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a contract amendment with
Milholland Engineering to a total not to exceed $12,900.00. A copy
of the contract amendment authorized for execution hereby is
attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

Revised Contract Amount: "Not -to -exceed" $12,900.00
Description of Modification/Scope of Work
Add to the existing Engineering Services contract all work
necessary for the specific design, the field investigations, the
construction stake -out and construction engineering for the 30
inch storm drainage system along Dickson Street, adjacent to the
Arts Center and running from West Avenue to School Street.
The total project costs shall remain as calculated, based upon
actual hours and not to exceed the revised total of $12,900.00.
Except as specifically provided above, all terns and conditions
of the contract dated 19 February 1992 shall remain in full force
and effect.
