THE SETTLEMENT OFFER
PHIL BRONSON, THROUGH
BRONSON V. CITY QE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETPEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby accept the
settlement offer presented by Mr. & Mrs. Phil Bronson, through
their attorney, In Re: Bronson v. City of Fayetteville, E 92-428,
as follows:
1. Mr. Bronson will dismiss his Quiet Title suit with
prejudice.
2 The City shall allow a variance to Mr. Bronson
for a 28 foot addition to the northwest corner
of his home (11.8 foot variance).
