RESOLUTION NO. 63-92
A RESOLUTION AWARDING BID NO. 92-10 TO SHORING
INTERNATIONAL, INC. TN THE AMOUNT OF $12,000
FOR PURCHASE OF ALUMINUM TRENCH SHIELDS TO
PROVIDE FOR EMPLOYEE SAFETY IN EXCAVATIONS
THAT EXCEED FIVE FEET IN DEPTH.
BE IT RESOLVED HY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby awards Bid
No. 92-10 to Shoring International, Inc. in the amount of $12,000
for purchase of aluminum trench shields to provide for employee
safety in excavations that exceed five feet in depth. A copy of
the bid tabulation is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
