LEROY PLANTE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $58,577.79 FOR PARCEL 138 IN THE FEDERALLY FUNDED LAND ACQUISITION PROJECT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute documents for the purchase of property: and further authorize payment of relocation benefits, closing costs and moving expenses for the property owner, Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Plante in the amount of $58,577.79 for Parcel 138 in the federally funded land acquisition project.
