RESOLUTION NO. 57-92
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A MORTGAGE AGREEMENT WITH
AMERICAN AIR FILTER AND SNYDER GENERAL
CORPORATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a mortgage agreement with
American Air Filter and Snyder General Corporation. A copy of the
agreement authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
Section 2. That the execution of said agreement by the
City is expressly contingent upon the prior consent to the
agreement by Boatman's National Bank of St. Louis as trustee under
the Trust Indenture dated August 1, 1978.

Per City Attorney, Jerry Rose, there was a "hitch" in
refinancing and therefore they have no mortgage agreement
to send us at this time.
