A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 & 3
WITH BRANCO ENTERPRISES FOR THE FAYETTEVILLE
HIGH SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT
OF $34,411.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1, That the Mayor and City Clerk hereby approves
Change Order No. 2 & 3 With Branco Enterprises for the Fayetteville
High School construction project in the amount of $34,411. A copy
of the change orders authorized for execution hereby are attached
hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7th day of April 1 1992.
