RESOLUTION NO. 31A-92
A RESOLUTION OFFERING SETTLEMENT OF HOUSES,
INC. V. CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, CIV 91-41, FOR
THE AMOUNT OF $1000.00 AND ALLOWING THE
ENCROACHMENT OF THE ROOF SETBACK, THE FRONT
DECK SETBACK, AND THE REAR DECK SETBACK, AS
INDICATED ON THE SUBMITTED PLAT; SAID PROPERTY
BEING LOCATED AT 72 N. OKLAHOMA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby offers
settlement in Houses, Inc. v. City of Fayetteville, CIV 91-41 in
the amount of $1000.00 to be paid by Houses, Inc. and with the City
of Fayetteville granting a variance for the encroachment of the
roof setback, the front deck setback and the rear deck setback, as
indicated on the submitted plat; said property being located at 72
N. Oklahoma.
