RESOLUTION NO. 31-92
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO MCDERMOTT,
WILL & EMERY LAW FIRM FOR LEGAL SERVICES IN
THE INCINERATOR AND RELATED LAWSUITS DURING
THE TIME PERIOD OF OCTOBER 1, 1991 THRU
NOVEMBER 30, 1991 IN THE AMOUNT OF $12,611.99.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorize
payment to McDermott, Will & Emery law firm for legal services in
the incinerator and related lawsuits during the period of October
1, 1991 thru November 30, 1991 in the amount of $12,611.99. A copy
of the statement authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
