A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
TRACTS 81 AND 82 LOCATED IN THE LAND
ACQUISITION AREA UNDER THE AIRPORT FEDERAL
GRANT AIP #3-05-0020-15, PHASE II, OWNED BY J.
PAUL AND RUTHIE WOODS D/B/A PAUL'S TRACTOR
SERVICE FOR THE AMOUNT OF $60,304.00.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Offer and Acceptance for the
purchase of Tracts 81 and 82 located in the Land Acquisition Area
under the Airport Federal Grant AIP #03-05-0020-15, Phase II, owned
by J. Paul and Ruthie Woods d/b/a Paul's Tractor service in the
amount of $60,304.00. A copy of all required standard HUD forms
and check requests authorized for execution hereby is attached
hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

RELATED ATTORNEY'S CLOSING COSTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH UNIFORE
RELOCATION ACT
In accordance with the requirements of the Federal Uniform Relocation
Act, the attached property offer and attorney's closing fees have been
offered to Paul's Tractor Service. This business, owned by J. Paul and
Ruthie Wood are located on Tracts 81 and 82 in the acquisition area of
Airport Improvement Project 115. AIP 115 is funded by the Federal
Aviation Administration for obstruction protection in accordance with FAR
PART 77.
This parcel offer and attorney's closing fees have been prepared by the
project consultant, W. D. Schock Company, in accordance with all Federal
Regulations. The moving expense payment will be calculated at a later
time when a relocation property is located.

Fayetteville's offer of $60,000 for tracts 81 and 82, dated 2-13-
92. They wish to proceed with the closings on their property
with the City. We will need several checks prepared. They are
