RESOLUTION NO. 22-92
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LAND/EASEMENT
ACQUISITION AND RELOCATION PROJECT AMENDMENT
41 TO AIP 415, INCREASING THE FEDERAL
OBLIGATION $734,536 (FROM $1,714,703 TO
$2,449,239).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Land/Easement Acquisition
and Relocation Project Amendment 11 to AIP 115, increasing the
Federal obligation $734,536 (from $1,714,703 to $2,449,239. A copy
of the amendment authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO GRANT AGREEMENT FOR PROJECT NO. 3-05-0020-15
WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Admimstration (hereinafter referred to as the "FAA") has determined
it to be in the interest of the United States that the Grant Agreement between the FAA, acting for and
on behalf of the United States, and the CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, (hereinafter referred
to as the "Sponsor"), accepted by said Sponsor on the 17 day of September, 1991, be amended as
hereinafter provided.
NOW THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the benefits to accrue to the parties hereto, the FAA on behalf of the United
States, on the one part, and the Sponsor, on the other part, do hereby mutually agree as follows:
The maximum obligation of the United States as set forth on Page 2 of the Grant Agreement is hereby
increased from $1,714,703. to $2,449,239. This Increase in the maximum obligation is based upon the
apportionment made to the Sponsor for FY -92 pursuant to Section 507(a)(1) of the Airport and Airway
Improvement Act, as provided for in Paragraph 12 on Page 4 of the Grant Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment to said Grant Agreement to
he duly executed as of the, R+hday of rebruary 19 92

constitutes a legal and binding obligation of the Sponsor m accordance with the terms thereof.
