RESOLUTION NO. 17-92
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CERTIFICATE OF
PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY TO BE ISSUED
FOR WHEELCHAIR TRANSIT, INC.
WHEREFORE, the Board of Directors, acting as the Fayetteville
Public Transit Board, has determined that further taxicab service
in the city is required by the public convenience and necessity;
and,
WHEREFORE, the applicant, Wheelchair Transit, Inc., is fit,
willing, and able to perform such public transportation and to
conform to the provisions contained in the Fayetteville Code of
Ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That City Clerk is authorized and shall issue
a certificate of public convenience and necessity to Wheelchair
Transit, Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof as more fully set forth.

CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE
AND NECESSITY
This Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity has been
issued to:
WBEELCHAIR TRANSIT, INC.
as approved by the Fayetteville City Board of Directors on 4th
day of i eb_uary , 19 92 _.
This Certificate allows the taxi (transportation) service to
operate within the city limits of Fayetteville as per the proposal
for operation submitted to and approved by the Board of Directors.
