A RESOLUTION AWARDING BID 92-48 TO SHIPLEY
MOTOR EQUIPMENT COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF
$89,915 FOR A DUAL CONTROL CAB STYLE REAR
LOADER SANITATION VEHICLE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby award Bid 92-48 to Shipley Motor Equipment
Company in the amount of $89,915 for a dual control cab style rear loader sanitation vehicle
with Unit #419 as trade in. A copy of the bid tabulation authorized for payment are attached
hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
