RESOLUTION NO. 159-92
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO MCDERMOTT,
WILL & EMERY LAW FIRM FOR LEGAL SERVICES IN
THE INCINERATOR AND RELATED LAWSUITS DURING
THE TIME PERIOD OF JUNE 16, 1992 THRU JULY 31,
1992 IN THE AMOUNT OF $68,288.85.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
payment to McDermott, Will & Emery law firm for legal services in
the incinerator and related lawsuits during the period of June 16,
1992 thru July 31, 1992 in the amount of $68,288.85 . A copy of
the statement is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof.
