RESOLUTION NO. 154-92
A RESOLUTION AWARDING BID 92-42 TO RON
BLACKWELL FORD AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO CONTRACT FOR SIX POLICE
INTERCEPTOR VEHICLES WITH SEVEN TRADE-IN UNITS
AT A TOTAL COST OF $96,177.80.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby awards Bid
92-42 to Ron Blackwell Ford and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk
to contract for six police interceptor vehicles with seven trade-in
units at a total cost of $96,177.80. A copy of the bid tabulation
authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof.
