RESOLUTION NO. 149-92
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE NIBLOCK LAW FIRM
TO CONTINUE REPRESENTING THE CITY AS COUNSEL
IN THE APPEAL OF BARNHART V. CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE BEFORE THE SUPREME COURT OF
ARKANSAS AND TO PROCEED WITH DEVELOPING THE
RECORD OF THE TRANSCRIPT AS EXPEDITIOUSLY AS
POSSIBLE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYEITEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
and directs the Niblock Law Firm to continue representing the City
as counsel in the appeal of Barnhart v. City of Fayetteville before
the Supreme Court of Arkansas and to proceed with developing the
record of the transcript on appeal as expeditiously as possible.
