A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE TO PROVIDE A TOTAL OF 5 WATER
CONNECTIONS FOR WATER SERVICE TO PROPERTY
OWNED BY DR. GARY RENAGAR AND MR. RONNIE
HISSOM ON HIGHWAY 45 WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF
GOSHEN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
the City of Fayetteville to provide a total of 5 water connections
for water service to property owned by Dr. Gary Renagar and Mr.
Ronnie Hissom on Highway 45 within the city limits of Goshen as
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Gary Renager, Hwy 45 East
Outside City Limits
DATE: August 27, 1992
Dr. Gary Renager has requested water service from the City of
Fayetteville for property he owns south of Highway 45 East and
within the Goshen City Limits. Also he is requesting water service
on behalf of Mr. Ronnie Hissom who is going to build a home just
east of the Renager property (also within the City Limits of
Goshen).
Attached is a copy of the letter from Dr. Renager making the
request, a letter from the Goshen City Council which indicates
their agreement to allow Fayetteville to serve the subject
property, and a letter from the White River Water Association
releasing the subject property to Fayetteville for water service
purposes. It is my understanding that Mr. Renager plans to develop
no more than 4 lots on his 40 acres and that Mr. Hissom plans to
construct a residence for his use. This would be a total of 5 water
connections.
Also attached is a plat showing the property requested to be
served along with the existing water lines and city limit signs.
The water system in that area is capable of providing water
as requested by Dr. Renager and Mr. Hissom. If it is determined
that we should provide water service within the City Limits of
Goshen, it would by my recommendation that we limit the use to the
5 connections requested.

Dear Mr. Bunn,
Previously Fayetteville, agreed to serve water to the Slaughter
Mountain Residence east of Fayetteville. At that time we extended the water
line from Highway 45 to our properties.
I would like to request permission to extend the 4" water line
directly east to service my adjoining 40 acres as described below:
The S.E. QUARTER (S.E.}) of the (S.E. }) of section 34, Township
17 North, Range 29 West.
Also, I request permission to run one 2" line to service Mr. Ronnie
Hissom adjoining my 40 acres. He plans to build his home just east of my
east line.
Enclosed are letters from White River Rural Water Association and
Goshen City Council and also a map showing the above mentioned project.

This letter is to inform the Fayetteville City Board
of directors that the White River Rural Water Association
hereby releases the Renegar property to Fayetteville for
water service. We do not nor do we intend to serve water
to the above mentioned properties.
The Renegar property consists of 40 acres: The S.E. QUARTER
(S.E.t) of the (S.E. t) of section 34, Township 17 North,
Range 29 West.

This letter is to inform you of our agreement to allow Fayetteville to
serve water to the Renegar property which lies in the western border
of the city of Goshen. The l.hite River Rural '.dater Association does
not intend to service this area and Fayetteville currently serves the
adjacent properties.
The following is the Renegar property:
The Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of
Section Thirty—Four (34), Township Seventeen (17) North, Ranke
Twenty—nine (29) Uest, containing forty (40) acres, more or less.
