HomeMy WebLinkAbout134-92 RESOLUTION• • • RESOLUTION NO. 134-92 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR $15,017 TO HIRE A NEW FULL TIME CITY PROSECUTOR. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby approves a budget adjustment to increase Account No. 1010-0310-5100 00, Salaries and Wages, in the amount of $10,000, Account No. 1010-0310-5109 00, ICMA Contribution, in the amount of $3,600, Account No. 1010-0310- 5105 00, FICA -Social Security Taxes, in the amount of $1,040, Account No. 1010-0310-5108 00, Insurance -Life, in the amount of $135, and Account No. 1010-0310-5107 00, Insurance -Health, in the amount of $242; and decrease Account No. 1010-0350-5305 00, Postage, in the amount of $15,017, to hire a new full tame City Prosecutor.
