A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT IN
THE AMOUNT OF $11,312 ALLOCATING ADDITIONAL
FUNDS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE LEASE/PURCHASE
AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO WITH THE SUBURBAN
NATIONAL BANK OF PALATINE, ILLINOIS, FOR THE
IBM SYSTEM 36.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby approves a
budget adjustment in the amount of $11,312 increasing Account No.
4520-9520-5309 01, Computer Lease, and decreasing Account No. 4520-
0952-4104 00, Sales Tax Revenue, to complete the lease/purchase
agreement entered into with the Suburban National bank of Palatine,
Illinois, for the IBM 36. A copy of the Budget Adjustment is
attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 1st day of September 1992.
