A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING $10,000.00 OF FEDERAL
GRANT FUNDS RECEIVED IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE
SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION TREE PLANTING
PROGRAM; AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN
EXPENDITURE ACCOUNT FOR THIS IN-KIND MATCHING
GRANT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors recognizes
$10,000.00 of Federal Grant Funds received in association with the
Small Business Administration Tree Planting Program.
Section 2: That the Board of Directors establishes an
expenditure account for this in-kind matching grant by authorizing
a budget adjustment in the amount of $10,000 to increase Account
No. 9710-2340-5315.00, Contract Services, and increasing Account
No. 9710-0971-4309.00, Federal Grants. A copy of the Budget
Adjustment is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof.
