A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE
HUMANE SOCIETY FOR THE VACANT LOT EAST OF
ARMSTRONG DRIVE AND SOUTH OF THE ANIMAL
SHELTER FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEVELOPING AN
ANIMAL SHELTER PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED HY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a lease agreement with the
humane society for the vacant lot east of Armstrong Drive and south
of the Animal Shelter for the purpose of developing an animal
shelter park. A copy of the lease agreement authorized for
execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a
part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 18th day of August , 1992.

RESOLUTION NO. 123-92
Resolution 123-92 was repealed by the Board of
Directors on October 6, 1992, and replaced by Resolution
157-92
