A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO MCDERMOTT,
WILL & EMERY LAW FIRM FOR LEGAL SERVICES IN
THE INCINERATOR DISENGAGEMENT AND RELATED
LAWSUITS IN THE AMOUNT OF $109,615.21 DURING
THE TIME PERIOD OF MARCH 1-31, AND MAY 16,
1992 THRU JUNE 15, 1992, AND THE NIBLOCK LAW
FIRM IN THE AMOUNT OF $25,309.29 FOR THE
PERIOD OF MAY 1 THRU JULY 1, 1992s
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE Clyt Or
UAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorize
payment to McDermott, Will & Emery law firm for legal services in
the incinerator disengagement and related lawsuits in the amount of
$109,615.21 during the time period of March 1-31, and May 16, 1992
thru June 15, 1992 and the Niblock Law Firm in the amount of
$25,309.29 for the period of May 1 thru July 1, 1992. A copy of
the statements authorized for payment are attached hereto marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
