RESOLUTION NO. 110-92
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHANGE ORDER WITH
MCCLINTON-ANCHOR IN AMOUNT OF $13,583 TO
REPLACE THE SEWER LINE ON RALSTON AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a change order with McClinton -
Anchor in the amount of $13,583 to replace the sewer line on
Ralston Avenue. A copy of the change order authorized for
execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a
part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 21st day of July , 1992.
