A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A COST SHARING
EXPENDITURE, NOT TO EXCEED $22,000, FOR THE
ELIMINATION OF THE BISHOP LIFT STATION WITH
DEVELOPER OF NORTH HEIGHTS ADDITION AND
APPROVAL OF A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT IN THE AMOUNT
OF $25,000.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorize
the cost sharing expenditure, not to exceed $22,000, for the
elimination of the Bishop Lift Station with developer of North
Heights Addition.
Section 2. That the Board of Directors hereby approve a
budget adjustment in the amount of $25,000 increasing Sewer
Construction Account #5400 5700 5315.00 and decreasing Sewer
Construction Engineers Account #5400 5700 5314.00. A copy of the
budget adjustment for approval is attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
