A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER SCOTT C.
LINEBAUGH TO HAVE SIGNATORY AUTHORITY TO MAKE
APPLICATION FOR ASSISTANCE UNDER PUBLIC LAW
100-4 AND THE ARKANSAS REVOLVING LOAN FUND AND
TO SIGN THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE LOAN AGREEMENT
AND OTHER DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas deems it necessary
and proper to apply for state loan assistance under Title VI of the
Water Quality Act of 1987, Public Law 100-4, and the rules and
regulations pursuant thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
Scott C. Linebaugh as City Manager of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas as the Signatory Agent of the Applicant, or the successor
of said Agent, is hereby authorized and directed to make
application for assistance under Public Law 100-4 and the Arkansas
Revolving Loan Fund and to sign the acceptance of the loan
agreement, when made, and any other documents required to complete
the project, on behalf of the above-named Applicant.
