RESOLUTION NO. 9-91
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 4THE SALARY FOR THE
INTERIM MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the salary of the interim municipal court
judge be set at the annual rate of $40,000.00 and said amount to be
retroactive to January 1, 1991. Said annual rate shall be without
benefits.
