That no objections were filed to the granting of said Petition by any interested party, and no interested party appeared at said hearing to object to the granting of said Petition. 4. That the above-described territory is located in Washington County, Arkansas, and is contiguous to and adjoining the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas. 5. That a true and correct plat of the above territory is attached to said Petition and designated Exhibit "A" thereto. 6. That the Petitioners are the sole owners of the land sought'to be annexed. 7. That the limits of the land sought to be annexed have been accurately described and the plat filed with the Petition is a true and correct plat of said lands. 8.
