RESOLUTION NO. 8-91
A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF
WAY DEED FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES TO THE STATE OF
ARKANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF •
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Easement Deed to the
Arkansas State Highway Commission for a right of way and easement
for highway purposes on Highway No. 156, Washington County Road, as
more fully set forth int he legal description attached hereto and
made a part hereof.

Legal Description
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 33, Township 16 North, Range 30 West, Washington County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Starting at the Southeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter of Section 33; thence North O1°48'26" East
along the East line thereof a distance of 261.66 feet to a point on
the Southerly existing right of way line of Arkansas State Highway
156 for the point of beginning; thence North 86°10'10" West along
said existing right of way line a distance of 58.15 feet; thence
South 03°49'50" West a distance of 27.14 feet to a poitn; thence
South 34°50'10" East4a distance of 12.63 feet to a point on the
Southerly proposed right'of way line of Arkansas State Highway 156;
thence South 86°10'10" East along said proosed right of way line a
distance of 51.57 feet to a point on the East line of the Southeast
'Quarter of the Northwest. Quarter of Section 33; thence North
O1°48'26" East along said proposed right of way line a distance of
37.02 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.05 acres,
more or less. -
