FOOT WATER' LINE EASEMENT` LOCATED ON JERRY
PULLEN'S PROPERTY, 3425 PAR COURT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:

Section 1. That the City of Fayetteville'Arkansas.,hereby
vacates and abandons all of its rights together-cwiththe,rights+•of
the public generally, in and to the following described easement:
