BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the Board of .Directors hereby approves Change Order No. 4 and 7 which is to be paid by privately donated funds, Change Order No. 6 to be paid by the University of Arkansas and, Change Order No. 5 for masonry precast coping for an amount of $36,544.50 (50% of $73,089.00). The specification for torch applied membrane roofing as found in Paragraph 17 of Section 07500 shall be as amended by Addendum No. 1, Item 13, and Addendum No. 2, Item 2. Refer to Paragraph 7.3.2, Item r. Reinstate a portion of this item of Work consisting of all grilles, registers and diffusers throughout the building. With this action all items of Work included in Addendum No. 4, Item Nos. 24 and -25, have been reinstated in the contract. 5. Refer to Paragraph 7.3.2, Item j: Reinstate this item of Work which consists of Ceramic Tile and Marble (Addendum No. 4, Item No. 13). 6. Refer to Paragraph 7.3.2, Item q. Reinstate a portion of this item of Work consisting of all plumbing fixtures in the build— ing.
