A RESOLUTION APPROVING TWO CHANGE ORDERS TO
THE CONTRACT OF MCCLINTON-ANCHOR FOR THE
GULLEY PARK PARKING LOT AND SIDEWALK

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby•
authorized and directed to execute two change orders in the amount
of $16,167.00 to the'contract of McClinton -Anchor for the Gully
Park parking lot and sidewalk construction. A copy of the change
orders authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

Concrete Apron, Bid No. 90-49
APAC Arkansas, McClinton -Anchor Division
PROPOSED CHANGE: Add to the Contract the removal of
approximately 1280 cubic yards of existing
subgrade material and replace with cherty
"hillside" material compacted to 95 percent of
standard proctor.

The original contract did not cover the
possibility of poor subgrade conditions such
as was found in the project.
The change will add a lump sum of $10,880.00
to the price of the contract (1280 cubic yards
at $8.50 per yard).
