A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SETTLEMENT OF
CITY .OF FAYETTEVILLE V. HANSHEW, FOR THE
'AMOUNT OF $2,000.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: 1
Section 1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to
dismiss the City,of Fayetteville's lawsuit against Kenneth Hanshew
(City of Fayetteville v. Hanshew, Chancery CasetNo. E90-1054) with
prejudice contingent'upon the Defendant Kenneth Hanshew dismissing
all counterclaims against the City with prejudice and the payment
to the City of $2,000.00.
