A RESOLUTION COMMENDING CITY STAFF FOR EFFORTS
ON BEHALF OF THE'CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE BEFORE
THE ARKANSAS LEGISLATURE.

WHEREAS, the 1991 meeting of the Arkansas Legislature
contained awide variety of.legislative initiatives which impacted
directly on the City of Fayetteville; and
WHEREAS, members of the city staff expended efforts well
beyondtheir usual job duties in seeking to keep informed of and
guiding legislation affecting the interests of the City of
Fayetteville; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors wishes to express their
gratitude to such members of the city staff for representing the
interests of the City of Fayetteville before the legislature of the
State of Arkansas.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby commend city staff, and specifically
Scott Linebaugh, City Manager and Cheryl Wright, Acting Solid Waste
Director, for efforts on behalf of the City of Fayetteville before
the Arkansas Legislature.
