A 'RESOLUTION+ AWARDING BID 91-6 FOR -HAY
HARVESTING EQUIPMENT TO WILLIAMS FORD TRACTOR,
TOM CHRISTIAN EQUIPMENT COMPANY, DAUGHERTY
EQUIPMENT, INC., AND MOSMAN SCALE.

BE I9? RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section. 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a contract in the amount of
$133,927.00 with Williams Ford Tract for purchase of Item #1 - 85
PTO HP Tractor, Item #2 - Square Hay Baler, Item #3 - 85 PTO HP
Tractor, Item #5 - 85 PTO `HP Tract, Item #6 - Disc
Mower/Conditioner, Item #7 - 45 PTO HP Tractor, Item #9 - Side
Deliver Rake, Item #11 - Flatbed Trailer, Item #16 - Round Bale
Fork For Front Loader and Item #17 - Round Bale Fork for 3 Point
Hitch. A copy of the bid tabulations authorized for execution
hereby is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute a contract in the amount of $14,814.94 with
Tom Christian Equipment Company to purchase Items #4 - Round Hay
Baler, Item #8 - Bi -Fold Rake, Item #12 - Square Bale Elevator,
Item #13 - Square Bale Field Loader, Item #14 - Round Bale Spike
for Front Loader and Item #15 - Round Bale Spike for 3 Point Hitch.
Section 3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute a contract in the amount of $3,099.00 with
Daugherty Equipment, Inc. for purchase of Item #10 - Tedder.
Section 4. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute a contract in the amount of $40,717.00 with
Mosman Scale for the purchase of Item #18 - 60' Truck Scale.
