RESOLUTION NO. 35=91

A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING UNITED STATES TROOPS
IN THE MIDDLE EAST.
•
WHEREAS, the. Boards of Directors believes that the vast
majority of the:citizens of the City of. Fayetteville, Arkansas,
regardless of their political affiliations or belief are deeply
concerned for the welfare of the United States men and women
serving in the armed forces of the United States in the middle
east; and
WHEREAS, the. Board of Directors wishes to express that concern
in the form ofresolution supporting United States troops in the
middle east and expressing' gratitude for the sacrifices they are
making at the request of their county.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby express on
behalf of the people of Fayetteville, Arkansas their support for
the troops serving in the middle east and expresses their gratitude
for the sacrifices those troops are making at the request of their
country.

to extena our heartfelt gratitude and total support and
commitment to our troops and their families during this
time of conflict;
