SECURITY ;SERVICE WITH BURNS INTERNATIONAL
SECURITY SERVICES TO ENFORCE VEHICLE PARKING

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
•
' Section. 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a contract with Burns
International Security Services to enforce vehicle parking
regulations as required by the FAA due to the Middle East conflict.
A copy of the contract authorized for execution hereby is attached
hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
Section 2. That the Board of Directors hereby authorize
the transfer of funds from the Fund Balance to the Extra Services
Account and approves a budget adjustment in the amount of
$7,808.00. A copy of the budget adjustment for approval is
attached hereto and made a part thereof.
