RESOLUTION NO. 219-91
A RESOLUTION AWARDING BID #91-64 TO RON
BLACKWELL FORD FOR THE PURCHASE OF FOUR ONE
TON UTILITY VEHICLES WITH UTILITY BODIES AND
AUTO -CRANES AND APPROVAL OF A BUDGET
ADJUSTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETPEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby award Bid
91-64 in the amount of $98,231 to Ron Blackwell Ford for the
purchase of four (4) one ton utility vehicles with utility bodies
and auto -cranes. A copy of the bid tabulation is attached hereto
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
$action 2. That the Board of Directors hereby approves a
budget adjustment in the amount of $80,762.00 from the Vehicles &
Equipment Fund, Acct. No. 970-192-5-802.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of December , 1991.
